BROOKLYN DEMOCRACY ACADEMY

Brooklyn Democracy Academy (BDA), located in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, is a specialized transfer high school within the New York City Department of Education. It is specifically designed for students aged 16 to 21 who have experienced interruptions in their education, are behind in credit accumulation, or require a more personalized, non-traditional learning environment to complete their high school diploma.
