Marin County Special Education

The Marin County Office of Education’s (MCOE) Special Education division, located at 1111 Las Gallinas Ave. in San Rafael, serves as the central administrative and support hub for students with disabilities across Marin County. Rather than functioning as a traditional neighborhood school, this office oversees a comprehensive network of specialized programs designed to support students from infancy through age 22.
