Hoboken Charter School (HCS) is a tuition-free public charter school serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Founded in 1997, it holds the distinction of being one of the first charter schools established in New Jersey. The school is deeply committed to a "learning by doing" philosophy, utilizing a project-based curriculum that encourages students to connect their academic studies to real-world applications, community service, and personal exploration.
