Zemmer Campus (often referred to as Zemmer 8-9 Campus) is a specialized middle-to-high school transition facility located in Lapeer, Michigan. It is part of the Lapeer Community Schools district and serves exclusively as the home for all eighth and ninth-grade students in the district. By consolidating these two grade levels into a single campus, the school functions as a "bridge" between the middle school experience and the more rigorous academic and extracurricular environment of a traditional high school.

The campus is designed to provide a focused academic setting that helps students navigate the unique social and developmental challenges of the freshman year while preparing them for the transition to Lapeer High School.
