ARKANSAS CONNECTIONS ACADEMY

Arkansas Connections Academy is an active, independent charter school district providing statewide public education to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Headquartered at 1009 Beau Terre Drive in the small city setting of Bentonville, Arkansas—situated within the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metropolitan area—the single-school district functions as its own local educational agency for federal programs. By offering a continuous academic pathway across all primary and secondary grade levels, the academy delivers a flexible learning environment tailored to meet diverse student needs across the state.

During the 2024–2025 school year, the academy served a large student body of 4,575 learners, with particularly strong enrollment concentrated across the high school grade levels. To effectively support this sizable population, the district maintains a dedicated workforce of over 421 full-time equivalent staff members. This educational team includes approximately 233 full-time equivalent teachers along with 188 support staff professionals who provide essential administrative, technical, and student-service guidance, ensuring learners receive consistent academic support throughout their K–12 journey.
