CUTTER MORNING STAR SCHOOL DISTRICT

Nestled in a small suburban setting within the Hot Springs, Arkansas metropolitan area, Cutter Morning Star School District serves as an active, traditional public education system dedicated to serving local families. Located at 2800 Spring Street in Hot Springs, this fully operational, non-charter district operates two campuses that together offer a continuous academic pathway from pre-kindergarten all the way through 12th grade. By providing a comprehensive PK–12 learning environment, the district fosters a cohesive, long-term educational journey tailored to students at every stage of their academic and personal development.

During the 2024–2025 school year, Cutter Morning Star maintains a close-knit student body of 688 learners, balanced nearly evenly between 354 female and 334 male students. The student population represents a diverse mix of cultural backgrounds, including White, Hispanic, multiracial, Black, American Indian, and Asian students. To support learning and holistic growth across its schools, the district benefits from a robust staffing context that includes approximately 102 full-time equivalent (FTE) teachers, instructional aides, and more than 51 support personnel, totaling over 157 staff FTEs.
