Located at 900 Carmelita Drive in Sierra Vista, Arizona, the Center for Academic Success Inc. is a fully operational, independent charter school district dedicated to serving learners across Southern Arizona. Operating five campuses, the district provides a continuous educational pathway from kindergarten through 12th grade. Nestled in a remote town setting within the Sierra Vista-Douglas metropolitan area, the district serves as an essential academic hub for the surrounding community, offering a tuition-free charter alternative designed to meet the diverse learning needs of K–12 students.

During the 2024–2025 school year, the district enrolled 1,125 students, reflecting a richly diverse student body comprised primarily of Hispanic (774) and White (259) learners, along with Black, multi-racial, Asian, and Native American students. To support academic achievement across its primary and secondary programs, the district employs a dedicated workforce of nearly 108 full-time equivalent staff members, including over 101 full-time equivalent teachers, alongside specialized support personnel and instructional aides. This strong staffing allocation maintains an advantageous student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 11 to 1, enabling educators to deliver tailored support, foster individualized instruction, and build strong relationships with students and families.
