New Vision Middle District

Located at 26655 Highland Avenue in Highland, California, New Vision Middle District is an active, open independent charter district focused entirely on middle school education. Set within the large suburban landscape of the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario metropolitan area, the district operates a single dedicated campus tailored specifically for students in the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. Operating as an independent local educational agency for federal programs, the district provides a focused learning environment designed to support early adolescents through crucial transitional years as they prepare for high school.

For the 2024–2025 school year, New Vision Middle District serves a total student body of 460 middle schoolers, encompassing 127 sixth graders, 184 seventh graders, and 149 eighth graders. The district fosters a rich, multicultural community, with a student body primarily composed of Hispanic and Black students, along with multiracial, White, Asian, Native American, and Pacific Islander representation. A committed team of roughly 31 full-time equivalent teachers delivers core instruction, backed by a robust support staff of 33 professionals and instructional aides. With a total workforce of nearly 65 full-time equivalent personnel, the district maintains a strong support structure dedicated to academic growth, student well-being, and community engagement.
