Located at 110 South La Brea Avenue in Inglewood, California, New Opportunities Charter District operates as an active, independent charter district situated within the suburban landscape of the Los Angeles metropolitan region. Dedicated exclusively to secondary education, the single-school district serves students in ninth through twelfth grade. Its classification as an independent charter system allows it to combine community-focused flexibility with robust educational programming, offering high school students in the area a tailored academic pathway toward earning a diploma.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the district enrolled 349 students, featuring a particularly strong ninth-grade cohort alongside upper-level high school classes.
