PUC Early College Academy for Leaders and Scholars (ECALS) is an active independent charter school district situated at 2050 San Fernando Road in Los Angeles, California. Operating as a single-school local educational agency within a major metropolitan setting, the district serves students in ninth through twelfth grade, tailoring its academic model specifically to the high school experience. Designed to foster leadership, early college exposure, and academic rigor, ECALS offers a focused urban educational environment where students receive targeted preparation for higher education and future career pathways.

During the 2024–2025 school year, the district enrolled a total of 195 high school students, consisting of 29 freshmen, 60 sophomores, 55 juniors, and 51 seniors.
