Granite Mountain Charter District is an active, independent public charter district headquartered at 8560 Aliento Rd. in Lucerne Valley, California. Situated in a distant rural setting within the broader Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario region, the district operates as its own local educational agency for federal programs, delivering a comprehensive public education from kindergarten through 12th grade. The district serves a robust student body of 4,393 learners, characterized by strong enrollment throughout the elementary and middle school grades alongside a tailored high school program. The student population is nearly evenly balanced, comprising 2,226 male and 2,165 female students.
