Aspire Richmond Technology Academy District

Aspire Richmond Technology Academy District is an active, open independent charter district providing elementary education in Richmond, California. Located at 3170 Hilltop Mall Rd. within a large suburban setting in the San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont metropolitan area, the district operates a single school focused on early childhood and primary learning from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
