Pathways Charter District

Located at 150 Professional Center Drive in Rohnert Park, California, Pathways Charter District is an active, independent charter district serving families throughout the Santa Rosa-Petaluma metropolitan region. Nestled in a large suburban community, this single-school district delivers a complete educational continuum spanning from kindergarten through 12th grade. Pathways offers an intimate learning environment for its 348 enrolled students, maintaining a balanced student body (173 female and 171 male learners) with diverse cultural representation, including 158 White, 119 Hispanic, 34 multiracial, 19 Asian, and 9 Black students, alongside American Indian and Pacific Islander peers.

The district supports its K–12 instructional model through a comprehensive human resources structure, employing roughly 59 full-time equivalent staff members. This dedicated team includes nearly 35 full-time equivalent classroom teachers paired with over 24 specialized support personnel, enabling strong individual guidance as students advance through primary grades and high school pathways, which culminate in a senior class of 46 students.
