Valley Charter Middle District

Located at 14646 Sherman Way in Van Nuys, California, Valley Charter Middle District operates as an active, independent charter district situated within a vibrant large-city setting in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan region. Serving as its own local education agency for federal programs, the single-facility district provides a specialized public middle school education focused exclusively on students in sixth through eighth grade. For the 2024–2025 academic year, the district serves a close-knit student body of 264 learners—comprising 85 sixth graders, 95 seventh graders, and 84 eighth graders—with a balanced gender distribution of 131 female and 133 male students.
