WEST SIDE JOINT DISTRICT

Located at 626 North West Side Highway in Dayton, Idaho, the West Side Joint District is an active, traditional public school district serving its local community across a comprehensive educational spectrum. Situated in a distant rural setting within the broader Logan metropolitan region, the district operates three dedicated schools that accommodate student growth from prekindergarten all the way through twelfth grade. As an open, non-charter system, West Side Joint District provides a continuous and cohesive academic pathway, guiding children through every critical milestone from early childhood learning through high school graduation.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the district educates nearly 800 students, maintaining a balanced student body of 395 female and 403 male learners across its grade levels. To support this student population, the district maintains a strong operational footprint powered by approximately 175 full-time equivalent staff members. This includes a robust instructional workforce of roughly 87 full-time teachers and 16 instructional aides, backed by more than 72 support personnel.
