HERITAGE ACADEMY INC.

Heritage Academy Inc. is an open, independent public charter school district located at 500 South Lincoln Avenue in Jerome, Idaho. Situated within the Twin Falls metropolitan region, the district offers a focused educational environment set in a fringe town community. Operating a single school facility and functioning as its own local education agency for federal programs, Heritage Academy is structured to serve students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. The academy provides families with a accessible, community-rooted educational option tailored specifically to early childhood, elementary, and middle school development.

During the 2024–2025 school year, the district enrolled 176 students across kindergarten through eighth grade. The student body is culturally diverse, predominantly comprising 85 Hispanic students, 71 White students, and 15 students identifying with two or more races. Educational and operational programming is delivered by a dedicated team of nearly 39 full-time equivalent staff members, including approximately 23.5 classroom teachers, 3.1 instructional aides, and 12.1 support personnel.
