Phalen Virtual Leadership Academy

Phalen Virtual Leadership Academy is an active independent charter school district located in the vibrant urban landscape of Indianapolis, Indiana. Operating from its facility at 4352 Mitthoeffer Rd within the greater Indianapolis-Carmel-Greenwood metropolitan area, this single-school public district provides a comprehensive educational pathway serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
