Situated at 3919 Meadows Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana, Excel Center - Meadows operates as a newly established independent public charter district tailored to meet the secondary educational needs of its urban community. Set within a vibrant large-city environment in the broader Indianapolis metropolitan region, this single-school district specializes in high school instruction across grades 9 through 12, placing a primary structural emphasis on senior-level completion and diploma attainment.
