Located at 1401 Indiana Ave. in downtown Indianapolis (ZIP code 46202), The Match is a newly operational independent charter district serving high school students across grades 9 through 12. Situated in a large city setting within the Indianapolis metropolitan region, this single-school district functions as its own local education agency for federal programs. For the 2024–2025 academic year, the district launched its inaugural program with a focused founding class of 49 ninth-grade students, comprising 25 female and 24 male scholars. The inaugural student body reflects the diverse urban community it serves, primarily enrolling Hispanic (34) and Black (12) youth, alongside multiracial and White classmates.
