Headquartered at 357 Tuttle Road in Cumberland, Maine, Regional School Unit 51 (MSAD 51) is an active, non-charter public school district serving families in the greater Portland-South Portland metropolitan area. Set within a picturesque rural fringe community, the district operates four school facilities designed to provide a continuous, high-quality educational experience from pre-kindergarten all the way through 12th grade. As an independent, single-district administrative unit, MSAD 51 offers a cohesive academic sequence that fosters foundational literacy and social development in early childhood, builds critical thinking during middle grade years, and provides comprehensive college- and career-readiness programming at the high school level.
