Creative Technologies Academy

Creative Technologies Academy, located at 350 Pine Street in Cedar Springs, Michigan, is an open, independent charter school district offering a continuous academic pathway from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Situated in a rural fringe setting within the greater Grand Rapids-Wyoming-Kentwood metropolitan region, the district operates a single educational facility as its own charter local educational agency for federal programs. With its community-centered campus and online home at ctachargers.org, the district delivers a cohesive PK–12 learning environment that combines the advantages of a close-knit rural setting with the structural independence of a charter district.

The district supports a balanced student body of 302 learners, maintaining consistent class sizes across all grade levels from kindergarten through senior high school. The student population includes 160 male and 142 female students, comprised predominantly of White students (270), along with Hispanic (19), multiracial (7), Asian (3), and Black (3) scholars. To foster academic growth and comprehensive student care, Creative Technologies Academy employs a robust workforce of approximately 98 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff members. This dedicated team features nearly 41 FTE classroom teachers, two instructional aides, and over 55 FTE support personnel, providing a strong staff-to-student foundation designed to nurture individual development and success.
