Richfield Public School Academy

Richfield Public School Academy is an active independent charter district located at 3807 N. Center Road in Flint, Michigan. Situated within a vibrant small city setting, the district operates two educational facilities dedicated to serving young learners from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. With a total enrollment of 634 students across its elementary and middle school grades, the academy fosters a diverse academic community composed predominantly of Black, White, Hispanic, and multiracial students.

To ensure comprehensive academic and holistic support, the district maintains a robust workforce of over 209 full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel. This team includes approximately 72 FTE classroom teachers and nearly 7 FTE instructional aides, anchored by an extensive network of over 130 FTE support staff members dedicated to student services and operations.
