Located at 700 Northside Drive NE in Alexandria, Minnesota, the Runestone Area Education District serves as a vital specialized educational resource within a remote town setting. Operating as an open, non-charter public entity categorized as a special education and vocational district, it maintains two operational facilities dedicated to serving secondary students across grades 7 through 12.
