COLOGNE ACADEMY

Located at 1221 Village Parkway in Cologne, Minnesota, Cologne Academy is an active independent public charter district serving families within the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul–Bloomington metropolitan region. Set in a welcoming, rural distant community, the open public district encompasses three operational facilities dedicated to providing a continuous, high-quality educational pathway. Cologne Academy offers a comprehensive learning experience spanning from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, establishing a nurturing academic foundation that prepares young learners for a seamless transition into high school.

For the 2024–2025 academic school year, Cologne Academy educates a vibrant student body of 731 enrolled pupils across its elementary and middle school programs. The district is characterized by an exceptionally robust staffing structure designed to foster individualized instruction and strong student support. Its professional team includes approximately 136 full-time equivalent teachers, supported by nearly 21 instructional aides and over 64 dedicated administrative and support personnel.
