STRIDE Academy

Situated at 3241 Oakham Lane in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, STRIDE Academy is an active independent public charter district serving the educational needs of a vibrant small city community. Operating as a single-school local educational agency for federal programs, the district delivers a targeted curriculum tailored specifically for elementary and middle school students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Its focused operational structure enables the academy to concentrate resources directly on early childhood literacy, core academic development, and middle-grade preparation within a unified campus environment.

For the 2024–2025 school year, STRIDE Academy educates a student body of 569 children, comprising 293 male and 276 female students distributed across its primary and middle grades. The school reflects a culturally diverse population, featuring a strong representation of Black students (493), alongside White (37), Hispanic (25), multiracial, and Pacific Islander learners. To foster a supportive and enriched learning environment, the district employs a robust workforce of approximately 180 full-time equivalent staff members. This instructional framework includes more than 111 full-time equivalent classroom teachers, complemented by 16 instructional aides and 53 support personnel who work collaboratively to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student.
