Twin Cities Academy

Twin Cities Academy is an open, independent charter district located at 690 Birmingham in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Operating within a large city setting in the vibrant Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington metropolitan area, this single-school public charter district serves secondary students across grades 6 through 12.
