Upper Mississippi Academy

Upper Mississippi Academy was an independent charter school district located at 19 E. Exchange Street in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Situated in a large city environment within the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington metropolitan area, the district operated as a designated local education agency for federal programs, serving middle and high school students in grades 6 through 12. According to the 2024–2025 National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) dataset, the district is officially closed and no longer has active, operational schools under its jurisdiction.
