CONFLUENCE ACADEMIES

Confluence Academies is an active, independent charter district headquartered at 319 North 4th Street, Suite 500, in heart of downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Operating within a vibrant large-city setting across six dedicated campuses, the district provides a continuous educational continuum spanning from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Functioning as its own local education agency for federal programs, Confluence Academies offers families in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area an accessible, tuition-free public charter option designed to foster academic development and community engagement at every grade level.

The district supports a diverse student body of 2,460 enrollment-strong learners, composed predominantly of 1,729 Black, 543 Hispanic, and 123 White students, alongside multi-racial and Asian peers. To deliver high-quality instruction and a well-rounded learning environment, Confluence Academies maintains a robust operational foundation supported by a total full-time equivalent (FTE) staff of 530 professionals. This includes approximately 416.5 dedicated full-time teachers, nearly 15 instructional aides, and roughly 99 support staff personnel, ensuring that students benefit from a well-resourced academic framework tailored to guide them seamlessly from early childhood education to high school graduation.
