Situated in the remote town of Bayard, New Mexico, within the broader Silver City area, the Cobre school district serves as a foundational pillar of learning for its local community. Operating as an open, traditional public school system headquartered at 900 Central Avenue, the district manages six operational campuses that deliver a complete educational trajectory spanning from prekindergarten through 12th grade.
