SAN DIEGO RIVERSIDE

San Diego Riverside is a newly operating independent charter school district located at 504 Mission Road in Jemez Pueblo, New Mexico. Functioning as its own local educational agency for federal programs, the district operates a single school facility that serves students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Set within a distant rural environment connected to the broader Albuquerque metropolitan area, the district offers an accessible, community-based academic setting designed to guide young learners through their core elementary and middle school years.

With a total enrollment of 50 students—comprising 26 female and 24 male learners—the district fosters an intimate educational environment. The student population closely reflects the heritage of the surrounding area, encompassing 40 American Indian students, seven Hispanic students, and three students of two or more races. To serve this vibrant community, the district maintains a robust workforce consisting of over 12 full-time equivalent teachers, two instructional aides, and 18 support staff members, bringing the total staff to more than 32 full-time positions.
