Located at 80 Willoughby Street in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, Brooklyn Prospect Charter School – CSD 13 is an open, independent charter district operating within a dynamic large-city setting. Serving families in the New York metropolitan area, the district provides a continuous educational journey spanning from kindergarten through eighth grade. As an independent Local Educational Agency (LEA) for federal programs, it concentrates its educational programming exclusively on primary and middle school cohorts across its single operational campus. Currently educating a total of 797 students, the district offers a well-structured academic environment designed to guide learners through their foundational early childhood and middle school years.

Brooklyn Prospect’s vibrant student body is marked by rich cultural diversity, bringing together 276 White, 253 Black, 120 Hispanic, 99 multiracial, and 47 Asian students, with enrollment balanced between 394 female and 402 male learners.
