Mater Academy Preparatory Inc. is a newly established independent charter school district located at 5085 Reed Road in Columbus, Ohio. Situated within a large city setting in the vibrant Columbus metropolitan area, this single-school public district serves young learners across the primary elementary grades, offering instruction from kindergarten through fourth grade. As a fresh option in the region's public education landscape, the district provides local families with a focused educational environment dedicated to early childhood development and foundational academic growth.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the school enrolled 56 students, with its largest cohort concentrated in kindergarten. The vibrant student body reflects a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, including American Indian, White, Hispanic, Black, Asian, and multiracial students.
