Apollo

Located at 3325 Shawnee Road in Lima, Ohio, Apollo is an open, non-charter public service agency operating within a small suburban setting in the broader Lima metropolitan area. Designed to serve secondary learners across grades 7 through 12, the district delivers its educational programs through a single operational facility. As a specialized educational service agency, Apollo plays a vital role in the regional school ecosystem by offering tailored learning environments for adolescent students, with its primary student population concentrated heavily in upper high school grade levels.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the district educates a total of 745 students, including 448 male and 297 female learners, with the overwhelming majority enrolled in the 11th and 12th grades. The student body is demographically diverse, composed of 601 White, 56 Black, 44 multiracial, and 38 Hispanic students, along with representation from Asian, Pacific Islander, and American Indian backgrounds. To ensure student success and comprehensive guidance, Apollo maintains a robust workforce of approximately 254 full-time equivalent staff members.
