EHOVE Career Center

Located at 316 Mason Road West in Milan, Ohio, EHOVE Career Center operates as a fully open, public educational service agency dedicated to specialized workforce development and academic preparation. Situated within a rural fringe setting in the greater Sandusky metropolitan region, this single-campus district serves high school students in grades 10 through 12 alongside an early learning pre-kindergarten program. As a traditional public, non-charter facility, EHOVE provides upper-level high schoolers with real-world technical training and practical skills, helping students transition seamlessly from secondary education into high-demand careers or post-secondary degree programs.

For the 2024–2025 academic year, EHOVE Career Center enrolls 731 total students, composed of 20 pre-kindergarten children and 711 high schoolers, with the vast majority concentrated in the 11th (358 students) and 12th (277 students) grades. To deliver hands-on, career-focused instruction, the district maintains a robust staff of 100 full-time equivalent teachers, supported by approximately 10 instructional aides and over 193 support staff personnel. This comprehensive team of over 300 staff members creates an exceptionally favorable student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 7 to 1, ensuring that students receive highly personalized mentorship, close safety oversight in practical lab environments, and tailored guidance as they prepare for their future professions.
