Tacony Academy CS is an active, independent charter district located at 1330 Rhawn Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Operating as a single-school district within a large city setting in the broader Philadelphia metropolitan area, the academy provides a continuous educational pathway for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The district serves a vibrant student body of 1,084 pupils—comprising 574 male and 510 female students—spanning comprehensive elementary, middle, and secondary programs. Reflecting the multicultural fabric of its urban community, Tacony Academy enrolls 391 Black, 274 Hispanic, 206 White, 117 multiracial, and 84 Asian students, along with American Indian and Pacific Islander representation.
