Located at 3419 Main Street in Newberry, South Carolina, Newberry 01 is an active, traditional public school district dedicated to serving students across a predominantly rural distant geographic setting. As the primary educational hub for the surrounding community—where nearly three-quarters of the region is characterized by rural landscape—the district operates 14 operational schools. Newberry 01 provides a seamless, comprehensive learning continuum starting with early childhood pre-kindergarten and kindergarten programs and extending all the way through the twelfth grade, ensuring students and families have access to complete PK–12 educational pathways close to home.
