GOODWATER MONTESSORI SCHOOL

Goodwater Montessori School operates as an open, independent public charter school district dedicated to foundational primary education in Georgetown, Texas. Situated at 710 Stadium Drive on the rural fringe of the greater Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos metropolitan area, this single-campus district delivers a specialized learning model for children from Pre-Kindergarten through the fifth grade. Functioning as its own local education agency, the district offers families in Central Texas an accessible, publicly funded Montessori environment designed to foster child-centered learning and early developmental growth.

For the 2024–2025 academic year, Goodwater Montessori serves a vibrant student body of 323 learners, featuring strong early-childhood participation and a diverse student demographic that includes significant Hispanic and White representation alongside multi-racial, Asian, and Black students. To deliver on its educational mission, the district maintains a substantial staffing infrastructure of over 83 full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel. This team comprises approximately 32.5 FTE teachers, nearly 15 FTE instructional aides, and over 35 FTE support staff members.
