RED LICK ISD

Located along North FM 2148 in Texarkana, Texas, Red Lick Independent School District is an active, traditional public school district serving the rural fringe of the Texarkana metropolitan area. Operating two campuses, the district provides foundational educational programs for young learners, spanning from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. As a non-charter public system, Red Lick ISD offers a supportive educational environment tailored to local families, maintaining strong community ties while delivering comprehensive instruction across the primary and middle school grade levels.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the district serves a total enrollment of 504 students, comprising 265 female and 239 male learners. Instructional delivery is supported by a teaching staff of over 88 full-time equivalent educators, complemented by 8 instructional aides and nearly 52 dedicated support professionals.
