Curlew School District

Located at 47 Curlew School Road in Curlew, Washington, the Curlew School District serves as a vital educational pillar for its surrounding community. Operating as an active, traditional public school district in a rural remote setting, the district manages two operational schools that deliver a seamless academic pathway from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. During the 2024–2025 academic period, the district enrolled 292 students across all primary and secondary grade levels. The student body is composed of 207 White students, 38 Hispanic students, 29 students of two or more races, 8 Asian students, 4 Black students, 3 Pacific Islander students, and 2 American Indian students, creating a close-knit learning environment suited to its geographic community.

To effectively deliver its comprehensive PK–12 curriculum, the Curlew School District relies on a dedicated team of approximately 69 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff members.
