Pathways High Inc

Located at 3022 W Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Pathways High Inc is an active, single-school independent charter district operating within a vibrant large city environment in the Milwaukee-Waukesha metropolitan region. Dedicated exclusively to secondary education, the district serves students in ninth through twelfth grade, offering a focused high school curriculum. Pathways High enrolled 149 students—comprising 37 ninth graders, 33 tenth graders, 35 eleventh graders, and 44 seniors—with a balanced distribution of 74 female and 75 male students. The campus serves a diverse student body reflective of its urban setting, including 71 Black, 39 White, 16 Hispanic, 16 multiracial, and 5 American Indian students, alongside Asian and Pacific Islander representation.

Pathways High provides an intimate, supportive learning environment driven by a favorable staffing context. The district employs 19 full-time equivalent (FTE) teachers supported by 14 FTE dedicated support staff members, bringing the total district workforce to 33 FTE positions. With a low student-to-teacher ratio of under eight to one, educators can offer personalized instruction and individualized academic mentorship tailored to preparing students for college and career readiness.
