WIN Academy at BVCTC

Located at 2001 Union Carbide Drive in South Charleston, West Virginia, WIN Academy at BVCTC is an open, independent charter school district serving the educational needs of the surrounding midsize suburban community within the greater Charleston metropolitan area. Operating a single school dedicated exclusively to upper-level secondary education, the district focuses its academic programming on 11th and 12th grades.
