Fremont County School District #21

Located at 90 Ethete Road in Ft. Washakie, Wyoming, Fremont County School District #21 is an active, regular public school district serving a remote rural community within the Riverton area. Operating three school facilities, the district delivers an inclusive educational program spanning from pre-kindergarten all the way through 12th grade. As a traditional, non-charter school system, it provides a unified academic pathway across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels, ensuring local access to continuous primary and secondary education.

During the 2024–2025 academic year, the district enrolled 413 students, comprising 230 male and 183 female learners.
