EARLY COLLEGE ACADEMY

The Early College Academy (ECA), located at the College and Career High School campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is an innovative educational partnership between Albuquerque Public Schools and Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). Designed for students who are ready for a more challenging and mature academic environment, the school allows participants to earn their high school diploma simultaneously with a significant number of college credits—or even an associate degree—at no cost to the family. This "dual credit" model is specifically intended to streamline the transition from secondary to post-secondary education, providing students with a significant head start on their professional or university paths.
